To develop students’ skills in performing, composing and appraising Music
To develop confidence in performing as an individual and group member
To give students an opportunity to develop skills on a variety of instruments and as vocalists
To give students an opportunity to create their own music from a variety of stimuli
Develop a passion for a wide variety of Musical styles/genres
To develop students’ ability to identify, describe and explain a variety of Musical styles/genres
To develop students’ ability to appraise their own and others’ music, both in verbal and written forms
